Here are a few gentle reminders when placing an order:
- Prices stated do not include postage fee and are subjected to change without prior notice. Please refer to the Shipping Section for further information.
- Accessories shown in the pictures are not included in the purchase.
- Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given.
- Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 3 days. The item/s will no longer be reserved if payment is not made within 3 days.
- Purchases will be packed nicely and we will not be responsible for the LOST or DAMAGE of items during the shipping process.
- Customers are to bear the recurring postage and handling fees for items which are NOT picked up when delivered and are sent back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for items not picked up from customs or the post office.
- Products sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable for another item as we do check every item for defects before it is posted off.
- A refund will only be given if the item purchased is no longer available.
- Note that the picture posted is a sample only.
- Due to the quality differentiation between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual colour of the item. We only guarantee the style being the same as the picture shown, but not the performance on different bodies being the same as the model.
